To enhance financial oversight and stability, we have brought on board an external CPA/Controller, Kelly Polk. Kelly joins us with nearly a decade of expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial consulting.

Previously a Director and Consultant at NOW CFO, Kelly has deep experience in operational accounting, compliance, and financial strategy, with a focus on accuracy, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Her career includes senior roles at nextSource and Cherry Bekaert LLP, specializing in GAAP-compliant auditing, risk assessment, and client account management.

Kelly’s meticulous approach and leadership in financial management bring enhanced stability, accuracy, and transparency to our financial processes, ensuring continuity for our team and confidence for our external partners.

Kelly holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Trevecca Nazarene University and is dedicated to supporting Youth Rising’s mission with financial integrity and strategic vision.
