Eric, as a counselor has experience in providing services in DUI, Adolescent, Outpatient, and Co-Occurring Disorders programs. Throughout his years of service, Eric has provided valuable services in local high schools and rehabilitative services in Juvenile Hall and through the Beyond Bars program at the county jails.  Eric transitioned to Compliance Director and worked closely with County and State representatives around policies, program infrastructures, implementation for programs, and provide supervision for several facilities and staff providing different modalities of services ranging from prevention, residential care, outpatient care (adult and adolescent), and criminal justice programs for over 10 years.

Eric received multiple degrees in Health and Human Services through Yuba College and holds degrees as a Chemical Dependency Counselor and Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist. Prior to joining  Youth Rising, Eric worked in a number of programs throughout Northern California.
