Caitlin Okrzesik is a results-driven professional with over eight years of expertise in community engagement, event management, and program development. Based in Nashville, TN, Caitlin relocated from Pensacola, Florida where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of West Florida. However, she is also an avid Florida State football fan. She balances her career with her role as a dog mom to Harlee, her beloved lab mix. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys adventuring Nashville with her friends and staying active through running.

Formerly Director of Programs and Special Events at the Greater Pensacola Chamber and Director of Community Initiatives at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Caitlin excels in strategic partnership cultivation and revenue generation. Recognized for her meticulous event planning and leadership, she holds an Executive Education Certificate from Vanderbilt University and has been honored with awards including the Rising Star Award from InWeekly Magazine.

She is passionate about leveraging her skills to drive positive change. Caitlin welcomes opportunities for collaborative initiatives that make a meaningful impact in communities.
